Connection timed out. (Help!)

I've recently moved and ever since have been having issues downloading. Absolutely every torrent, from most of the usual sources, never gain "active" status and always give me "waiting" "working" and "Connection timed out." under the trackers tab.

I've been with this internet provider a few years ago, however I also use TorGuard - which is completely up to date. I've run through the network preferences (in TorGuard and uTorrent) and they all seem to be in order.

Hopefully there's an easy answer I just don't know about.

Torguard is beyond the scope of utorrent general help. If you try my slackware link how does your downloads go? That will tell you what is going on.
