cant virus scan, cant update from 3.4.2. to 3.4.8

today the attached message appeared, i regularly download files though, except i cannot perform the virus scan. even when forced manually, it updates the virus definitions but it gives error message.

i use windows 7 pro, i checked my utorrentPro version it is 3.4.2. Under "Help / Check for Updates" it does not find updates (message "There is no new version available at this time"). but under "My Pro Account" I find version 3.4.8 exists! only i cannot download it from there, no download link.

I am a paying customer but dedicated support form online won't work ("brand_name invalid" ??)

I'm having exactly the same issue with the signer mismatch.  And the pro support contact page does NOT work!

My subscription is coming due in a month. 

If I can't get support I will be cancelling.
