Cant add torrents via drag and drop

For years I have added torrents via drag and drop but now every time I do so uTorrent displays a "send files" "Send files to friends and family using torrents" which is a torrent creation dialog. Looked in the advanced settings but without luck.

I just tried, and drag and drop .torrent files is working in 3.4.9.34085.

I'm using the latest version... Tried as well downgrading with no success. Replaced the setting.dat with one form a backup, the issue persists. Something strange is that if I drag and drop a torrent thats already loaded in uTorrent the message "torrent is already added" is displayed. But if I drag and drop a torrent not present the "send file" dialog appears. After that dragging and dropping torrents already loaded returns the "send files" dialog.

With a non-torrent file, I get the send dialogue (which is correct).

With a torrent file, I get the "Add New Torrent" dialogue window.

Check that .torrent files are associated with uTorrent:

Can the "Associate with torrent files" button be pressed, or is it greyed out? (Options>Preferences>General>Associate with torrent files).

Thanks, it wasn't greyed out. Now (after setting the associations) oddly dragging and dropping torrents adds them/displays the add window and also displays the "send now" afterwards. I can live with that though.
