norton user Posted December 31, 2016 Report Posted December 31, 2016 I'm one of your multiyear users. I've been having trouble opening the program. Can not open a port or something like that. Looked on the net, erased the various files. Went to download the latest and greatest version and Norton pops up and says this program has malware on it, something called Candy. I look up this candy program. Wikipedia implies you are a voluntary spreader of this malware and indicates you or your vinder make money from this malware. In your forum you say that this can be not loaded by using the advanced setting. Why to you harm people this way? Norton will not even let utorrent program load onto my computer.
DreadWingKnight Posted December 31, 2016 Report Posted December 31, 2016 Given how badly norton has been behaving the past seven years, I'm not entirely sure I would be trusting them to protect your computer. http://www.cbc.ca/news/technology/antivirus-software-1.3668746 http://www.cbc.ca/news/technology/norton-antivirus-1.2694494
