Fix partial downloading of torrents

Downloading some, but not all, of a torrent doesn't work. According to a previous thread on this topic "Multi-file torrents were an afterthought to the original protocol. Selective downloading was a further afterthought to that." Implementing the first without correctly implementing the second was the fatal mistake, because it encouraged people with small brains and large egos to create 80 gigabyte torrents. All that can be done with them is hit-and-run, because essentially nobody wants that much extra garbage, and deleting the garbage files that you skip but uTorrent downloads anyway invalidates (from uTorrent's perspective) the files that are actually good.

Not possible if the torrent was broken to start with you can fix it. Only the torrent creator can fix this problem.
