blue [report] button?

I just installed utorrent on a new laptop, and it's a later version of the one I used previously. In this one, there's a blue "report" button that just hangs in mid-air, and I'm not sure what it reports, nor how to get rid of it.

Before, you can hit [tab] repeatedly and it'd cycle 3 times, from the torrents, to the tabs (files, info, peers, etc.), to the individual files in the torrent, but now it cycles *4* times, the 4th time being this mystery "report" button.

I tried searching around, eg, "utorrent report button", etc., but to no avail. Didn't find anything in the docs, but maybe I just missed it.

Anyone have an idea?
