Volta_XII Posted January 22, 2017 Report Share Posted January 22, 2017 Hello all, I have been using uTorrent for a while now and never had any problem with it. I have just moved in a new place with new Internet provider, so I am guessing my problem may be linked to this, but have not found a way around it yet. When uTorrent starts, or when I add torrents, it works just fine for a couple of minutes, with decent download/upload rates. Yet after that time, the download/upload rates go down to 0, and the seeds/peers start to disappear. I was wondering if the high download speed was alerting my Internet provider and they block it immediately? This is why I have tried to put a limit on it, but it does not seem to help. If I leave uTorrent open for approx. 12 hours, the same thing happens: decent download rates for a short time, and then back at 0.
