Lied
I am going to use and External HDD to use μTorrent with.Until now every time i booted my pc the % of the downloaded files where there since my last download session. But changing from pc to pc i am forsed to have uTorrent rechecking 160gb of data that need too much time. Are there any files created by μΤorrent that hold the percentage of each file i am downloading or anything else i could do?Thanks in advance. Nefarious
you could use the resume.dat in %appdata%\utorrent to do that, or if u are going to use the external HDD always, u might want to keep the utorrent.exe and all the files in the %appdata%\utorrent in the same folder in the HDD
Lied
Thank you very much Nefarious.I wonder if there is a way of puting μTorrent to create the %appdata%\utorrent in the removable disd and not in my documents so as not to have to copy-paste every time i plug the hdd into a new pc. Firon
As long as the drive letter isn't changing you shouldn't need to force a recheck. Just start the torrents again.
