Font size too small

I'm starting to get vision problems, and it's getting harder to see.

I can use all my browsers, office, etc, just fine -- I can simply increase the font size.

I even have my default windows fonts increased -- but you can only do that so much without breaking the UIs of various programs I use.

Pretty much... uTorrent is the one program I am having trouble reading.

 

Ideas?  I actually have 4 monitors - 13", 65", 52", 40".  You'd think with all this i could see everything, but no, not uTorrent...
