How to add Tracker and add peer with WebGUI

In the use of windows version of the utorrent, I often add tracker server, also add peer. This is because some tracker servers are hard to connect. Adding a peer is also important for users behind NAT and behind a firewall. In the linux version of the utorrent(µTorrent Server for Ubuntu 13.04 32bit), through the WEBGUI I can use the right mouse button to control the start, pause, stop, etc., but can not add tracker server, can not add peer. I do not know that they did not do right, or linux version simply do not have this function. If there is no such function, I really hope you can add it because it's really useful.

Trackers can be added in the properties of the torrent.

Adding peers manually isn't implemented on the server side.
