Firon
You can try this if that doesn't work. http://utorrent.com/faq.php#How_do_I_fix_Error_unable_to_save_the_resume_file.3F
Sun Guru
I have seen that FAQ...Simply create two blank files named "settings.dat" and "resume.dat" (without the quotes) in the same folder utorrent.exe is saved in. Make sure Windows is not hiding the file extension when creating the file (in Explorer, Tools -> Folder Options -> View, uncheck "Hide extensions for known file types", hit OK)My question is as follows...What kind of blank files do you need to create?I have tried creating two microsoft word file and naming them settings.dat and resume.dat , but it didn't help. Maybe I did something wrong...*detecting noobness*
Firon
Your Windows hides file extensions, preventing you from changing the real extension of the file. In Explorer, Tools -> Folder Options -> View, uncheck "Hide extensions for known filetypes."
