vvv Posted March 23, 2017 Report Posted March 23, 2017 Have you guys noticed, that when torrent has only one file, uTorrent doesn't move that file into label associated folder? Scenario: you get torrent with more than one file and right after its download is complete, it's being moved into a folder, associated with the label. But when torrent contains only one file, it's not moved there. Why is that?. Is it by design or is it a bug? Running uTorrent 3.4.9.
PiusX Posted March 23, 2017 Report Posted March 23, 2017 What is your preferences set at then? No screen shot of it helps no one figure what is going on.
vvv Posted March 23, 2017 Author Report Posted March 23, 2017 Here is related set of preferences: 1. Preferences - Advanced - UI Extras - Persistent Labels: Movies|Books|Soft|Other 2. Preferences - Directories - Location of Downloaded Files - Move completed downloads to: D:\Tmp\Trn\Downloads 3. Preferences - Directories - Location of Downloaded Files - Append the torrent;s label - yes 4. Preferences - Directories - Location of Downloaded Files - Only move from the default download directory - yes Before starting torrent I assign related label using column "Label" for that torrent. It works OK for all torrents that have move than 1 file. If there is only one file it's not moved upon completion of download...
vvv Posted March 27, 2017 Author Report Posted March 27, 2017 Just as an example, as this particular moment I have 3 files sitting outside their respective folders: 2 .MKV files (not in the "Movies" folder as expected) and one .ZIP file (not in the "Soft" folder).
vvv Posted April 4, 2017 Author Report Posted April 4, 2017 Thank you for fixing this problem in uTorrent 3.5 !
