Re-check speed with v3.x is MUCH LOWER than v2.x

Hi,

I update my uTorrent to version 3.4.9 (Build 43388) today, and I am re-cheking torrents. As the upoaded image No.1 shown, for a certain torrent, the speed is only 40-65 M/s which is MUCH LOWER than full speed of disk. However, a direct copy of the same files can reach the full speed of disk at about 120M/s as shown in image No.2. These situation can be repeated. I put this disk in an external usb 3.0 disk box. My operating system is windows 10 x64. And the re-ckecking with earlier version such 2.2.1 does not behave like this.

And I also have some more tests with varible conditions as  showed in the following table:

Yeap. Such a problem does exist. Approximately, with version 3.3.0, utorrent learned to monitor the query time to the disk and after that the maximum speeds became lower, but the latencies in other programs decreased. Unfortunately, it is still impossible to adjust this.
