Inactive?

Hi, I have been using uTorrent for many years even though I am still a novice. Have really had no problems that I couldn't solve thru the forum. However, this one is new to me and not sure why it is happening. This past session that I have been getting torrents, they keep showing up as 'Inactive'. Don't understand why. I try to start them or force start them, but nothing happens. Some torrents come up with "Error: The System cannot find the specified file", but all the rest continually come up with "Connecting to peers" and stays that way. I have tried to re-download (magnets) for that specific torrent or someone else's torrent for the same thing.

I have also tried restarting uTorrent and my computer. I use Cyberghost 6 for my vpn, which I've been using for a while. I have also tried downloading a few other types of files with various quantities of seeders, etc., thinking that maybe the ones I was wanting are old and very few seeders, etc., but that doesn't seem to matter either. I've run virus and malware scans, etc, too.

Can anyone help me or got any ideas?
