Variety1969
I have a question. I have noticed one IP address that is "on" one torrent file. The file does not say "active" and this IP has been there all day yesterday and now again when I turned on uTorrent this morning. It says 97.5% downloaded. This file has hundreds of seeds so I don't think there is a problem getting the files. The first time I noticed this particular IP it was uploading as well as downloading. So two questions: 1. (I've asked this before but no one answered me - Why does it show Downloading when the peer is Uploading a file? Are they downloading something bad on my PC? How do I stop this if it shouldn't be happening (someone asked me if I use RSS but I have no idea what that is and didn't respond when I told them that) and; 2. Why would an IP just be sitting on a file doing nothing for days and is there a way to get rid of it from sitting there. I'm not going to run uTorrent until I find out because this person/IP is freaking me out. Thanks for any help that could be provided, Lynn
PiusX
Either it is fake or not enough seeders or your ISP is throttling your internet. utorrent can only upload and download how they configure their torrent is up the torrent creator so you need to contact them about their torrent problem. utorrent can't help you with IP problem that is between you and the torrent IP your getting it form to fix.
