However, I think that the mAqua icons definitely need an inner glow, and a stronger stroke outside edge. The outside glow on the bottom half of the "µ" makes the bottom half look larger than the upper half also. The file type icons are nothing short of perfect though. Determination Posted October 21, 2005 Report Share Posted October 21, 2005 I know how this is going to sound, but Junior is remarkably close to what I have been working on, and my previous 256x256 submission. I am glad that FOOOD has succeded where I have failed: I just couldn't make what I wanted to see work for me. The perspective of the rounded-corners rectangle was annoying me. Oddly enough, the main problem that I kept running into was the top of the square... I could never get the right edge correct perspective-wise. I like how you just threw it out (I wish I could have thought of that!) Having seen what I was thinking so closing displayed, I doubt that I will continue working on mine...I agree with BSH regarding the Junior's µ shading. Junior might also improve with a more contrasting outside stroke also.The 16x16 could use work... it's throwing out that "bad Luna button" vibe...
