My educated guess is ISP Throttle and to which nothing can be done. either stop torrenting watched torrents or stop using torrents all together and don't tell me you don't cause vast majority do but will never admit to it. Dead torrents also can be a sympton as well but I don't get or find dead torrents for that reason but they could be fake torrent setup by the MPIAA regime as well. And the "revoked reply permission" was caused by you trying to post too much too fast. I will be banning any secondary accounts you attempt to use to bypass the restriction.
