The approximate validity of a dht.dat is at best 30 minutes. It is not recommended to bootstrap in that manner. You can use an existing regular torrent with a tracker to bootstrap.

A trackerless torrent dictionary does not have an "announce" key. Instead, a trackerless torrent has a "nodes" key.

how to do it exactly? how to redact modify (add nodes) existing torrent? and how create new with nodes? by what programs?(windows. not linux.)
