starman
Uninstall peer guardian. I was having the same problem you guys were and I thought about the only changes that I had recently made to my PC and decided to turn off peer guardian. Nothing happened, at least not until I actually uninstalled peer guardian. Than all my torrents started turning green very fast. Hopefully that info will help you guys. Switeck
Half-open connections limit of Win XP being exceeded is the most likely explaination.Win XP probably auto-updated and set the limit back to 10.Either that, or DHT (or UPnP!) is making some networking equipment (usually a router or modem) spaz out and drop connections. So disable DHT and UPnP and lower half-open connections as low as 4-8.
