Older uTorrent Updates

One of my A/V's detected that a uTorrent program was bad.  I went to the location (username\appdata\romaing\utorrent\updates and in the folder there are what appears to be the updates from past versions.  I started to wonder if there is a setting in uTorrent that says "after 3 updates delete older versions" or something along those lines?  If it cannot then is it ok to them just delete the folder and corresponding .exe file manually?

Yes, you can delete the unused file(s) and corresponding folder(s).

Note: Don't bother deleting the file and folder of the current build (or the build you're running) as they will only get re-created again when uTorrent is launched.
