novice user. totally confused

Hi, I've downloaded U torrent 2 days ago thinking it was similar to MP3 Rocket or limewire- type in the name of the music track or movie and download it in seconds for most music and an hour or so for movies. But it is a complete nightmare and it seems to be a total con. I paid 20 odd quid for 1 years 'help' and the 'pro' version.

trouble is I've not got the honours degree in computing that is needed to even understand any setup instructions that I've found and so I haven't got the faintest idea what I'm doing. I've got it started but am obviously doing something wrong as I've been downloading a movie for over 9 hours and so far that equates to only 15.3% of it.

I've spent hours on it so far and I'm just getting more and more frustrated. I would like to take up the 'money back in 7 days guarrantee' but cant even find out how to do that.

Can anybody help ?

The best course of action is to go to your credit card company to get back what you had to pay. <-- try this, doesnt work much but it could help u getting the money back

also if u have problems getting somethen working or downloading after u read the guides and the faq, just ask here we will try to help u

Download the utorrent from the official site, don't use the version they gave you.
