NiteShdw Posted September 24, 2005 Report Share Posted September 24, 2005 If you change the bandwidth limitations from the status bar (via right click), the setting isn't applied until you enter the Preferences dialog and click OK.To test:1) In Preferences, set the Upload restriction to 40KB/s2) Now, use the status bar to set to 10KB/s -> There will be no change in your actually upload bandwidth3) Open the Preferences dialog and press OK -> Your upload speed will drop to your newly defined level.Also, bandwidth limiting has some problems: I often get large spikes above the set value.
