darkangel
I'm on Rogers 1MB modem High-Speed Lite. When I seed to someone, my speeds are always going up and down, even when I do a speed test, sometimes they go way down, but my speed is never 1024kbps, it's always 100-980kbps.Is this a problem in uTorrent or is it my internet? Ultima
980kbps is fine for a 1024kbit line. How many peers are you connected to?
Firon
Your upload != your download in any case. And it's not 1024mbit, it's just lousy 1mbit from Rogers. Be glad you get anything on Rogers.

DaBears57
Rogers caps Bittorrent. And DSL is more stable reliablility wise and stays more constant with speed.
