Download speed fast then slow, then fast then slow

Hi community

I have utorrent version 3.5.1

When I start utorrent all my torrents starst very fast for 3 to 5 minutes, then very slow (1kbps or even less), then after some time very fast fior 3-4 min, the very slow and so on (but most of the time is very slow)

All my torrents have a lot of seeders (justice league 3000 seeder for example)

The issue is not my modem/router because I have a second computer connected to this modem/router and all torrents are downloading very fast all the time in the second computer (both computers are wired)

I have desabled avast

I have cheked all the setup in options/preferences with the second computer and all setup are exacly the same with both utorrent (connection, bandwidth, bittorrent and even advance). The setup is not modified, is the one it came with the original install.

I have done this already:: Preferences --> Bandwidth --> "Disable the "Apply rate limit to uTP connections" option ( under the Global Rate Limit Options subheading).

I have years using utorrent with not even 1 problem and since like 4 days ago I have this problem, nothing has changed in my computer.

Are they downloading the same torrent?

I've had the exact same thing for two days now. Re-downloaded Vuze, and it wouldn't go above 10kbps either...

Deleted both, reloaded uTorrent, reloaded my torrents, and now it's working fine again. Super wierd, and all settings are the same, but worked!

Since no one is there to see what is going on or what versions that could be server problem from their side.
