morphs Posted February 24, 2018 Report Share Posted February 24, 2018 I don't understand what is going on here and why this torrent will NOT download. It is in the #2 line position, and there is 1 seeder, and it simply will not download. I've tried stopping and restarting, and using Force Start also, and very often it will show one seeder yet not download. Is it possible for a seeder to block downloading? What is the explanation for this? It has partially downloaded in the past, but I've been stuck on 65% complete for several days during which the vast majority of the time it says there is 1 seeder.
