language changes to whatever set in the OS region/country settings after installation of updates

i've noticed that 2-3 versions before and 3.5.4 (44498) included, after i install an update to uT, the language will change from english to greek (my set country/region in windows settings).
then i have to manually change back to english and restart the app to take effect.

not very serious but annoying nonetheless
