Saving to network path

I know saving to a network path isnt recommended. But I what I found is that if you open utorrent double clicking the shortcut its always finds the network folder correctly. Starting utorrent with any kind of batch or script causes it not to see the network folder. Anyone with the same issue can use autoit as a work around and have it move the mouse and double click the shortcut link which was my resolution to use with torguard.
