How to move finished *.torrent files to different directory

I want to rearrange my directory structure, which entails putting finished *.torrent files in a directory different from the one I've been using.  The Preferences item "Move .torrents for finished jobs to" function only works to place NEWLY acquired torrent files to the new location, but uTorrent still insists on looking in the original directory for the 500+ torrents I've already acquired and won't find them in the new directory.

Is there any way to tell it to look for ALL finished torrents in the new directory?

I fear I was unclear because I left a telltale "dot" out of the subject line.  I don't want to change the location of the downloaded music files, but rather the location of the *.torrent files that retrieved them.  uTorrent insists on looking for those *.torrent files in the "Move .torrents for finished jobs to" directory that was in use when I downloaded them.  I can't find any way to move those *.torrent files elsewhere and tell uTorrent to load them from there.
