It showed me that I didn't have a pale idea about how much I download. I am dealing with a new satellite provider that will give to me thin 10 GB per month for regular daily Internet usage (that is OK for me) and an extra 'bonus' of 20GB for night shift download (midnight to 7 am) and I was confident that it was what I used to do monthly. I just figured (thanks to uTorrent statistics) that my download rate in the las 31 days was EIGHT times this (160 GB).
