pstein
When I look at the list of my current downloads then there are some with a status "Conneting to peers" with a - red/brown and other with a - light blue progress bar. What is the difference?

pstein
No, I am not using a proxy. There are various tracker status Have a look at the attached snapshot
mike20021969
Red indicates that 1, or more, tracker(/s) for a particular torrent is (/are) not working. Click on any torrent, then check under the Trackers tab, you will most likely see offline (timed out) under the Status heading. Blue, on the other hand, indicates all is well (regarding trackers). If Trackers are known to be permanently down/offline, they can be removed. Under the Trackers tab, simply click on offending Tracker>press Delete key.
