Ultima
Make sure you set up a static IP.
TeknoWire
I also have the no incoming connection issue. Port set in uTorrent is 61923 set in linksys BEFSR41 V3, with both as protocol aka udp/tcp checked and saved. Whats really interesting, is uploading speeds are fine, with comcast cable I'm limited to about 40k/sec, about 320bkpbs total upstream bandwidth. I usually set my upload at around 20k/sec, so I can game with torrents uploading. One time I did get connectable, but not since then. After Changing ports over and over, i'm really not sure why i can't get connectable. For reference i also use Shareza sometimes, and with ports opened in router and in shareaza, i get port open without a problem. I'm a pc technician just for additional info.Any help would be appreciated.ThanxTeknoWire

TeknoWire
No static ip set, ip is recieved via DHCP, and is leased. DHCP address is 192.168.1.100.thx
Ultima
Then set up the static IP. If your LAN IP changes, the rules become useless for you, and I suspect that's what happened.
wtfomgorlyyarlyokaibie111
i just tried to setup a static IP, but it only gave me one DNS server. It said to contact my ISP for my DNS servers, if they were not listed. I really don't feel like talking to those at&t yahoo techs. they kinda suck...
Switeck
Your router should already "know" the DNS servers ips. Just check the router's settings and use them....Or, use your router as the DNS server. (Well, that worked for me!)
