uTorrent portable in 2019?

I'v been using uTorrent portable since before 2009.
Where i (if i remember correct) just added the settings.dat file in the install folder.

This last weeks i have cleaned up my torrent files in the program from hundreds to only 4 left now.
So... Yes it's time for a new clean "install" again since i have had a few problems over the years.

But how do i get uTorrent portable with the latest installs?
I have reinstalled windows a few times over the years, that's why i liked the portable version a lot, and that's also why portable is a must for me.

As i said, i want to have a clean new portable "install". So i will remove the files i have.

And the file i downloading is an installer, not a standalone executable file. So from where do i get that standalone executable file?
https://www.utorrent.com/downloads/win (Can't find an standalone executable file here, only installer)

Update:
I found an standalone executable on this persons signature:
https://forum.utorrent.com/profile/211975-mike20021969/

So:
1. Download the standalone exe file (from that persons signature etc) via an torrent program
2. Create a settings.dat file in the same folder you place the exe file in
3. Run, and it will be portable.

Previously, it was a universal file. . If you just run it - there will be an installer. If you run the settings.dat next to the file - it will be portable.

Now - you can extract the executive file by the archiver. And rename to utorrent.exe
