Utorrent 3.x is horrifically slower than every other Torrent client out there when Hash checking files.

Even slower than its 2.2.x self!

Going from 100+MB/s to 40 or lower is a significant regression moving from 2.2.x to 3.x builds.

Performance is literally 1/4 of actual disk throughput compared to 2.2.x or clients such as Deluge. o.o!

This is with quick_hash enabled, without it enabled its even slower!!!
