Wants to reload trackers, even though torrent is not on the list of downloading torrents

Tried to download a torrent, something happened, tried to redownload, but all I get is the message "torrent is already on the list of downloading torrents. Would I like to reload the trackers for it?"  but clearly it is not on the list.  What happened, and how do I download this torrent?  What did I do wrong, and how do I Fix it???

Check under labels - hidden in the sidebar.

yes it is there, how do I "unhide" (??) it, and bring it back to my list?  Also it says "Stopped" on the status bar.  How do I start it going again??  TIA

Remove the hidden tag from it in the right-click menu

and then right-click it and start it.

ok, I get that, but how do I do that exactly??

Ohhh, I did something, now I cant find it and Label no longer has a Hidden choice, But now I don't know what I did or where it went.  I got a completed Torrent message about it, but cant find it still.  Plz Help
