Odd message The target machine actively refused it

Sorry if this one has already been asked still knew to this

I have started getting the message --- No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it - On every torrent I try to use. It was working fine earlier today and I have even tried getting torrents from more than one site.

Any ideas would be appreciated and thanks in advance.

If you're getting stuff like this across multiple sites (including OpenOffice and Slackware) then the problem is that something in your setup is blocking uT.

Yeah, if OO is doing that, it's almost certainly your firewall blocking the connection.
