Seeding doesn't stop

Hi,

I have the latest Utorrent, and the problem I have is that when I seed, and I set a seed ratio,

it doesn't effect, when it passes this ratio, it continues to seed.

in another computer this doesn't happen.

the problem is that other files that await seeding doesn't start because of that, and I need to stop it manually.

this happend in various versions of utorrent.

am I missing something in the preferences?

Preferences > Queueing > Limit the upload rate to --> 0
