Utorrent is blocked at many public locations, library, dunkin donuts, etc. Ive tried a few VPN's and that doesnt work. I can download files through opera internet browser, but not very good with torrents. I tried opening ports to 80 and 8080, nuthin. I'm not very good at dns changing. Should be a simple fix.
