BUHD Posted June 10, 2020 Report Share Posted June 10, 2020 Hello All, I have NordVPN and I've been trying to setup uTorrent with it (Socks5) and it NEVER works properly. This is on a Mac - I always get a 'red arrow' and the tracker(s) say "Error: connection refused" or something like that. I followed the instructions on setting up NordVPN using Socks5 with uTorrent from this link: https://support.nordvpn.com/Connectivity/Proxy/1047410732/Proxy-setup-on-uTorrent.htm Can anyone please help troubleshoot this? The only way I can download stuff is to disable NordVPN completely and download it directly from my exposed IP address. This defeats the purpose of NordVPN or any VPN completely.
