download by hash url

Hi everyone,

Using utorrent locally i can download wathever i want adding an URL like this: magnet:?xt=urn:btih:INFOHASH          with the hash at the end. Unfortunately i cant do the same thing using : http://username:password@YourIP:UTport/gui/?action=add-url&s=INSERT_URL_HERE          becouse it gives me back th 400 ERROR.

Do someone know how to do it?
