Catalogs for torrents

So after i have created a torrent file of my resource where can it be uploaded? I tried the pirate bay, but some days their site is not responding, and their registration don't work. Isn't there a catalog that works?
It has to be one with a fair amount of books on their shelves on store, oh i mean piracy. You know differences in books, novels, comics etc and not just books.
