"That Yellow Bast*rd"

Greetings,

I've been using utorrent for over a month now and the only green I have is envy. I'm stuck in yellow. Never seen the green.

1. Port forwarded correctly.

2. Added utorrent to windows firewall.

3. When I run the port checker I still get the error that my port doesn't appear to be open.

I'm not using any other firewalls. I have set a static ip. If I connect directly to my cable modem I still get the same error that my port isn't open. I have read and obeyed everything at http://www.utorrent.com/setup_guide.php.

2mb/256k cable modem.

Windows xp.

Either there's another hidden software firewall on your computer (spyware perhaps?), your cablemodem also has a firewall/router in it, or your ISP is just being mean to you.
