Port Forwarding help...

well, utorrent is giving me a "no incoming connections error" so I'm trying to port forward it. I have a 2WIRE Router and I've already followed the directions on portforward.com. Once I get to this screen in my firewall settings, I have no clue on what to put in the blanks. Portforward.com doesn't really tell me so hopefully i can get some help.

just put your listening port in for tcp and then udp, will both be the same (eg:56000)

set the defaults as shown

host port the same as above

Wait, so how do i know what port number to choose? Where/how do i find this number?

Thank you guys for the help. I portforwarded it correctly and set up a static IP. Now uTorrent is downloading and uploading just fine (even though the "no incoming connections" error still shows up). But the thing is, now i can't surf the internet. So i got rid of the static IP, and now i can surf the internet. But now uTorrent is not downloading nor uploading.

how do i patch TCPIP.SYS?

how do i lower net.max_halfopen to 4?

I'm a total noob at this stuff, I just want uTorrent to work...

You don't need to lower net.max_halfopen if you patch TCPIP.SYS.

awesome, its working now. I think the TCPIP.SYS patch did it, thanks ultima.

But it's weird, i'm still getting a no incoming connections error, even with everything downloading and upl0ading just fine...
