Updated android now can't access android/data

Hi guys I expect someone has brought this up I have just updated android Samsung s20 and now I can't get into my download folder, it just says nothing is in android/data I can play them on the actual utorrent app but can't access there location so any I deleted from the app I can't now access, is there a way too find them.again, I know Samsung have stopped access too these folders.
