Utorrent causes Desktop Window Manager crash

I have a new mini PC with windows 10 using it as a living room PC connected to a Samsung 4K tv. After 1-2 days it crashes, no signal to HDMI and it needs to be turned off and restarted. After unistalling all apps and then installing one by one I have found that utorrent causes the crash. Is this a known issue?  Report from the reliability monitor:

I don't see that showing it was utorrent issue but a Desktop Window Manager issue. It even says Faulting apps and point to DWM but you keep saying utorrent.

It runs fine if I uninstall utorrent. It has now been stable for over a week. If I reinstall utorrent Windows will crash in 1-2 days, I have reproduced this several times.
