Cannot access BitTorrent Speed feature to get faster downloads and earn BTT token rewards.

Can someone help me to make BitTorrent Speed work again on my uTorrent app? 

I cannot access it since I deleted a lot of files from  %appdata% folder.

I did uninstall the uTorrent app and reinstalled it again several times and nothing... I tried also with BitTorrent app and also with uTorrent Web and BitTorrent Web... Nothing. I am getting the following message when I push the Speed button: "Can't access helper UI - try again later".

Does anyone know how to solve this?
