Mihajlo Mladenovic 0 Report post Posted March 30 Hello, I'm using uTorrent for now 3-4 years and i never had this problem.Problem is that when i download torrent (for windows 7) and i click on it, it just pop out some text that says "Windows cannot access the specifies device,path, or file.You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item."
