Transfer complete, but no coins in BTT on-chain

Hi,

I made 3 transfers. The first one was instant. Then the next one was completed after some time, but no coins in the BTT on-chain. The same with the third one. Is there any reason to worry?

Just made another one. Waiting to see what happens.

Please attach your public address and your wallet's log file:

Windows users:

  • Stop your torrent clients that use Speed from running
  • Check and stop uTorrent/BitTorrent processes from Task Manager
  • Open File Explorer and type in %AppData%
  • You may need to go one level up until you get to AppData > Local>BitTorrentHelper
  • Locate the "wallet.log" file and attach it to your email.

The Exchange has been on maintenance since yesterday. We posted a warning message on the forum.

We are going to make an announcement when the works are over.

@techster Yesterday a friend of mine lost 6k BTT upon downloading ~4 GB file...

NO REMEDY YET .. which was PROMISED a while ago !!!

I am still struggling to receive no more than 500 BTT daily with seeding 200 files 24/7.

These are two separate things - one is the technical issue that the dev team has been struggling with for I think more than a week now, and the second is your earnings. 

There is no STRUGGLE for BTT earning - it is all a matter of bidding. You cannot control who will leech what, how many people will do it and how often they will do it. For sure there are several right things to do in order to have a better chance of earning more BTT - seed 24/7, limit the number of possible connections to a single torrent, use trackers within the same geo location (there have been some observations in a topic here, I haven't peer reviewed them, just saying), choose highly leeched but poorly seeded torrents, so that you have a better chance to get some BTT. Basically that's it. Earning BTT is not mining in the sense of predictable yield, proportional to the input investment. Imagine it as an open market where your price and your speed may or may not be attractive to the potential leechers. 

So, yes, we all agree that there is a need for a better and less confusing UI, which will lead to a better UX and fewer frustrated users, but as far as I have followed this forum, it has been announced already that a better version of Speed is already in the works. 

So, once again - we can press and demand for a good, functional, clear and comprehensive software and network from the Tron devs but it is really important to know how earning BTT through torrent seeding or BTFS storage sharing works before raising claims.

Shouldn't have, but I lost my BTT. I had just over 9000 BTT. I have requested them to withdraw 2000 BTT several times. In some thread I read that they should come back in 24 hours, but even if they did, it’s only 3000. Which is strange, because I always sent at least 2000. The history of income also disappeared somewhere.

The Exchange service has been down for several days for maintenance and updates. We are still testing the upgraded version of the Exchange to help our users solve existing transfer issues. Thank you for your patience!

When the Exchange is down, a submitted transaction may stick for a couple of days and then return to the Speed's balance.
