Dear users!

Before you start a new topic or post to an existing one, please, follow these simple rules:

  1. Check Speed FAQ https://www.bittorrent.com/token/bittorrent-speed/faq/ or BTFS FAQ https://www.bittorrent.com/token/bittorrent-file-system/faq/ in case if your questions was already answered.
  2. Check the forum for the answers posted to similar problems.
  3. If you post a new bug, please make sure that you attach all information necessary for an investigation:
    1. Wallet's public address
    2. Wallet's log file
    3. Screenshot of Speed's dashboard and Transaction history tabs
  4. Here is on how to find the log file on Windows:
    • Stop your torrent clients that use Speed from running
    • Check and stop uTorrent/BitTorrent processes from Task Manager
    • Open File Explorer and type in %AppData%
    • You may need to go one level up until you get to AppData > Local>BitTorrentHelper
    • Locate the "wallet.log" file and attach it to your email.
