My file was uploaded to utorrent web and its deleted accidentaly

Hi Everyone, 

 

Im a new user in the utorrent and i was try to check the interface by create the utorrent and i selected the all the file in my desktop. 

After i created, then i try to delete (and accidentaly i click the remove torrent + data). I tought its the data in the utorrent, so now all my desktop file was deleted.

Can i know how to recover the data ? (now i can see in the torrent but it cant download again because its deleted).
