in-app to on-chain problem

Hi,

OMG, why didn't I think of going to uTorrent forum when I had problem with BTT. I was searching for answer everywhere but here. :D

I have recently started 2 computers running BTFS and BitTorrent. Earier I could transfer accumulated BTT from in-app wallet to on-chain wallet without any problems.

Now it doesn't work anymore. Do I need to wait over a week for it to show up on on-chail wallet? The transfered initially states 'pending' for a while and goes into 'complete' state but nothing in the wallet.

Please let me know what is going on. Do I still need to wait BTT show up my on-chain wallet? If so, how long?

Also please find attached proof of transaction along with my public address.

Thank you.

Aaand have you read the pinned posts before writing? Is it really that hard? It seems so, actually. Just look at the latest 15 topics - ALL of them are about one and the same problem. And this exact problem has been explained in the uppermost pinned topic.

THERE'S A MAINTENANCE GOING ON. THERE ARE OBVIOUSLY SOME ISSUES AND IT TAKSE MORE TIME THAN INITIALLY EXPECTED. It just happens in software world.

Now, just stop moaning and whining and just wait for updates. Flooding the forum with carbon copies of your distress will not speed up the process.

@jsden we are in same situation. I think all transfer problems will be fix. I want to ask another question for you.

That BTT tokes which you earn, only from BTFS or Torrent? I never used BTFS and just wondering.

The wallet and balance are the same for both Speed and BTFS.

Thanks. I was wondering this as well but I know on-chain wallet are same. Is in-app same as well? Sometime when I transfer from SpeedTorrent the amount at BTFS remains unchanged.

Any wallet with the same public address may be considered as the same wallet.
